Gepetto here.
Will this kid ever recover? I've heard great horror stories of this type of thing -- kids getting PS3 boxes filled with coal, or even an envelope filled with monopoly money. But these guys take it to the next level.
Why simply allow your kid to look like a moron when you can film his utter and complete disappointment?

How to waste good crack on a seven year old 101
Listen, I love crack/cocaine as much as the next guy. It can be powdered, in rock form, smoked or snorted, its just a flat out versatile drug. But you have to draw the line somewhere when it comes to drug use. I chose to do it by age. I have always said that a seven years old is too young to start doing hardcore drugs. Apparently, these parents have a differing philosophy.
Listen parents, if you have to give your seven year old crack, at least ease him into it. I can guarantee that he wasn’t going to use all 70 grams. He would have probably gotten tired around the 30th gram and the rest would be wasted. Today’s parents are incredibly irresponsible, giving that much crack to a seven year old is just a waste of money, and crack for that matter, which I believe is the bigger shame. No wonder we are in a recession.
