With all the recent developments surrounding Roger Clemens his old AT&T commercial with his wife Debbie really needed some updating. Thank goodness for the folks at Tirico Suave.
Here's the original if you need a point of reference.

There can only be one: Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens
You know the annoying NBA playoff ads that tell us "There Can Only Be One" that we see over and over and over again? Yeah, they were cool. The first time we saw them. But what if those were made for other sports? Say baseball and using Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens?
How about football using Peyton and Eli Manning?
Golf? Tiger Woods? You betcha!
Nicely done, Ben and Eric.

Roger Clemens and John Daly's ex?
This whole Roger Clemens extramarital affairs story is just getting weirder. First he was with a supposed 15-year-old Mindy McCready when he was 28, and now comes a report that he has been with John Daly's ex-wife, Paulette Dean Daly. I think maybe the nickname The Rocket has more to do with what's in his pants than what's attached to his shoulder.
...when asked if she'd ever been romantically involved with Clemens, Daly told the News, "You know what, I'm really uncomfortable talking about this. I'm just going to have to say, 'No comment.'
"I know Roger. I consider him a good friend. That's all I'm comfortable saying."
So, basically The Rocket did her too, huh? Damn. Wonder how can he blame Debbie for this one?

Mindy McCready "cannot refute anything"
By now you've heard all about the alleged relationship that Roger Clemens had with singer Mindy McCready beginning with her being the same age that Miley Cyrus is now (15) and The Rocket being 28-years-old. The best part is that McCready doesn't deny any of it...
I cannot refute anything in the story.
Yes, I have known Roger Clemens for a long time. He's a kind and caring man. He's also a legendary athlete. The central topic in the debate, however, regards his professional life, not his personal life. There are legal matters working their way through the system that have nothing to do with me. From my point of view, that is where the focus should remain.
Yeah, that's going to happen.
After the teenage McCready met Clemens at a Fort Myers bar called The Hired Hand, she returned with the Rocket to his hotel room, but there was no sex that night, sources told The News. It wasn't until later, after McCready had moved to Nashville and become a country singing star, that the relationship turned intimate.
This kind of media craziness could not have happened to a nicer guy than ole Rog. Oh, and I was wrong about McCready not denying it being the best part. Here's the best part...
Thank you, Ryan Parker.

Proof that Roger Clemens did steroids?
This previously undiscovered video of Roger Clemens training with Brian McNamee (Debbie Clemens is also involved) sheds some light on the truth (or something) as to what really happened between the trainer and his former pupil.

Debbie Clemens boob job?
Don from With Malice again...
Well, this is beautiful. No, not talking about Debbie Clemens tits - talking about the entire Roger Clemens situation.
Rumors abound now that Roger Clemens actually was at the now infamous Canseco party - the one that Roger claimed he was off golfing.
Now: apparently there are photos of Roger Clemens at the party (taken by a kid), and purportedly an ex-teammate of Clemens has come forward and stated that a favourite story of ol' Rog's was about the time when good ol' Debs & Canseco's now ex-wife Jessica compared boob jobs (thus, Roger was there!).
Classy.

People with lots of brains say Clemens is full of shit
Last month Roger Clemens' agent released a report supporting the Rocket's late-career statistical anomaly. This report supposedly proved that despite the fact that thousands of pitchers before him got worse with age, The Rocket was simply "different" than all the others predominantly due to his pitching style.
"Clemens' longevity was due to his ability to adjust his style of pitching as he got older, incorporating his very effective split-finger fastball to offset the decrease in the speed of his regular fastball caused by aging," the Clemens report said.
The 18,000-word statistical report has since been dissected by University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School professors Eric Bradlow, Shane Jensen, Justin Wolfers and Adi Wyner, and they call bullshit.
Clemens' report "artificially minimizes the chances that Clemens' numbers will seem unusual. Statisticians call this problem selection bias."
In other words, Clemens' group picked and chose what stats to use. What a shock.
"Our reading is that the available data on Clemens' career strongly hint that some unusual factors may have been at play in producing his excellent late-career statistics."
The professors say that Clemens' numbers are unusual, but there is no way to link them to steroids or HGH. That's because they are restricted by their professional ethics to do such a thing. I, however, am not. He's a cheater.

According to a Washington source, former trainer Brian McNamee told congressional investigators that he injected Roger Clemens' wife, Debbie, with HGH before she appeared with Roger in Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue in 2003.
[Debbie Clemens] discussed the photo shoot on her Web site.
"Roger came to me one day and told me that we had been asked to do a photo shoot for Sports Illustrated," Debbie Clemens recalls. "I had major anxiety! I was a 39-year-old mother of 4! Once I realized that this WAS going to be a reality, I decided I had to give it everything I had."
"My mind was set," Debbie Clemens continued. "I am not a risk taker, but have since learned that with great risk, sometimes comes great reward. The responses from that experience have been wonderful and I feel it was a turning point in my life. It's nice to have a goal for yourself and to see it through. The goal kept me motivated and focused. Using common sense and my ability to balance my life, I achieved that goal."
McNamee says that he injected her with HGH at the pitchers' direction. Wow. Just wow.
Better get to practicing that perp walk, Roger. I'd say you are officially retired now.
