Danica Patrick sets women drivers back 20 years

After moving the women in racing situation forward by winning her first IndyCar race, Danica Patrick yesterday took away all that momentum by opening the door to hundreds upon hundreds of jokes about women drivers and their inability to park a car as she ran over a crew member yesterday.

So when does this happen?

I forgot to ask this question earlier because I was so excited about it being Danica Patrick Day here... but now that she has actually won a race, when does she get her head shaved?

It's Danica Patrick Day!

Did you stock up on your Peak anti-freeze?

The ever-so-thoughful Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich says that today is "Danica Patrick Day" in the state. Blagojevich also called her "a new hero in Illinois." That's good, because the last heroes we had left because of the lack of available medical care and the crumbling educational system.

The governor also said in Friday's proclamation that he was honoring Patrick for her "sparkling achievements."

He does know she only won one race, right? By the way, Graham Rahal also won his first IndyCar race this year and he was only 19 years and 93 days old when he won (a record), but he isn't a woman. Which win is more impressive?

Hell hasn't frozen, but it's chilly; Danica Patrick wins

Okay, okay, I guess I have to stop calling her D-Anna-ca now. Danica Patrick actually won a race. The Japan 300 or some shit. Watch...

Kinda takes all the fun out of making fun of her now. Damn.

Danica Patrick has a nice dumper

Regardless of what you thought or responded the other day when I asked you if Danica Patrick was Hot or Not, one thing that is hard to argue is that baby has a sweet keister as these "behind-the-scenes" photos taken by super-humanitarian and Hot Celebrity Asses reader Seth will attest.

Hot or Not? Danica Patrick

I think Danica Patrick is hot. I also think she is annoying as hell, but that doesn't change the fact that I still think she is hot. However, Danica is a bit polarizing when it comes to this distinction. Many people I know don't find her the least bit attractive. So since SI was sharp enough to "convince" her Anna-ness to get into a bikini for it's latest swimsuit issue, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to put it to the masses. Danica Patrick, hot? Or not?

I think it's the fact that she drives a really fast car that adds to the attraction for me. You know, fast cars, fast women, that sort of thing...

More Hot or Nots. Help a brutha out.

Wanna see Danica's beaver in the GoDaddy ad?

Here you go...

Okay, so that wasn't it, but it was still good, no?

Fox honchos do not like beaver

If you have watched a Super Bowl anytime in the past few years, you know that some of the most memorable ads from those games came from GoDaddy.com. Example (an uncensored version):

Once again GoDaddy has put together a commercial sure to be remembered, except for one problem. The NFL Fox won't allow it to air.

The ad featured auto racer and Go Daddy spokeswoman Danica Patrick and an animated version of the dam-building mammal, Parsons said this week in his blog. He declined to reveal the story line Wednesday, but said Fox rejected the ad because an actor used the word "beaver" three times in the ad. The term is also slang for part of a woman's anatomy.

Thanks for the tip on what the word means, story author Jane Larson! I was wondering!

GoDaddy.com CEO Bob Parsons said Fox would have approved the ad if it used a term such as "furry friend" or "little engineer that specializes in building small dams."

Why GoDaddy would say those things when they are referring to trim I have no idea.

Danica Patrick gets the moves put on her

Not really, but it's fun to imagine such things. Actually I have no idea what this GoDaddy girl is doing to make Danica recoil in fear, but if you had those big cans coming at you while manning the CES booth you might look a little shocked too.

So, when ya gonna win something, Annaca?
