After offering Ashley Alexandra Dupre a cool million to appear in his new Girls Gone Wild magazine, GGW owner/founder Joe Francis decided to rescind the offer once one of his staffers discovered that the company had video of the NY Guv's hooker on tape from a week she spent on the GGW bus back in 2003. Problem is, if the tape was shot then, according to Dupre's lawyer, she would have been 17. Francis says that under Florida law (of which he is well-versed) if she signed a consent and there was no sex, he did not doing anything illegal. However, he has already said that of the seven tapes he shot of Miss Dupre, several included same-sex scenes, which by my estimation means he broke the very law that he is trying to hide behind.
Joe better hope he didn't do anything illegal or his ass is going to be back in jail for something that no one would have known about had he not been so quick to try capitalize on the 15 minutes of Miss Dupre.
