However, Stacy Keibler has been working, since the age of 3, taking acting classes, as well as three differen types of dancing classes (ballet, tap, and jazz dance) and even singing classes to become an actress and entertainer, and it has been a slow but deliberate process for her. Before she even entered show business, taking tiny bit parts in a couple of movies (Pecker and Liberty Heights), as well as being in a 1-800-COLLECT commercial with Carrot Top and doing some modeling work in her home town of Baltimore, she attended a Catholic high school, making good enough grades to almost be the top of her class and get a partial college scholarship, and had a 3.7 GPA at Twoson University, where she majored in mass communications. She also, during her time at Twoson, became a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens, and also became a part-time physical therapy assistant. And, every bit of that was, again, BEFORE she had ever become even halfway famous as a Nitro Girl, then as the Ms. Hancock character in WCW, after entering and winning a dance competition for the Nitro Girl spot.

After that, and her about 5 year run in WWF/E, she became a household name on Dancing With The Stars, which opened the doors for her to sign a contract with Disney/ABC/Touchstone Pictures, which she just recently renewed. She's had parts in several television shows, including What About Brian?, George Lopez, October Road, and Samurai Girl. She has also been a guest on quite a few talk and other shows, including The Best Damn Sports Show, Period; Larry King Live, and Ellen. For movies, she had small parts in The Comebacks and Big Mama's House 2, (Though the latter part was later removed from the final cut of the movie.)and is working on more roles with Disney/ABC/Touchstone. She has also been to a lot of red-carpet events for various functions, including the Emmy Awards; is now auctioning various memorabilia, including pieces of clothing, on eBay for charity; has been involved in various other charity events, for things such as cancer research; and now is also attending acting classes to further her acting ability, for both comedic and serious/dramatic roles.

Does THAT sound like being famous for a whole bunch of nothing?
