Oscar De La Hoya/Steve Forbes Round 8

Slow pace at the start of the round with Oscar still controlling the tempo with his jab. Forbes trying a jab and a hook now and then but not doing any significant damage. Fighters trade punches with no damage by either. Oscar still coming forward behind that wicked jab and then lands three hard left hooks to the body. Forbes throwing tentative punches every now and then but DLH has him totally out of sync. Round 8 ends, another 10-9 DLH round he's up in the fight 80-72
