If this Mandy Jiroux is Miley Cyrus' best friend as evidenced by all the videos they shoot together then we are going to be in for a REAL fun time when Miley hits 18. I'm just surprised that Matt Leinart and Nick Lachey haven't tried to hit that yet.
Mandy is 18 and put these on her Facebook page. Couple that with the photos Miley has already put on her page and it's only a matter of time until we see some more racy stuff from Miley. How long til she's legal again?
