Who the hell is Camilla Belle? I have never heard of her. She is way hot, 21, and apparently one of the new "it" girls in Hollywood. She was in the 2006 remake of When a Stranger Calls (didn't see it) and will be appearing in the upcoming 10,000 BC (make a note to see it).
The only thing stopping me from naming her a One-Percenter is those 'brows. They frighten me a little bit. The bangs covering them up is a stellar idea and puts her thisclose to being in the elite group.
