Trips with the family to Six Flags just got sexier

You know, every time I go to the amusement park, I enjoy the rides, get some exercise, have fun watching kids running around high on sugar, but there has always been something missing. I could never put my finger on it though. Until now. Cheerleaders! THAT'S what's been missing!

Six Flags announced ... the launch of the first-ever professional, theme park cheerleading team -- Six Flags Thrilleaders. Making their public debut for the 2008 season, the Six Flags Thrillleaders will promote the company's unique brand of thrilling entertainment and become an integral part of Six Flags' ever-expanding entertainment offerings.

So basically they are going to scour the strip clubs for skanks to run around wearing trace amounts of clothing to help bring dad to the park with his kids and drop a lot of coin. Win-win!

Six Flags is looking for the best young women and men in cheerleading, dance and thrills that the nation has to offer.

"The best young women ... in thrills" = code for pole-dancer. (I want to see them perform on the one pictured to your right.)

And look what one gets if chosen for the team!

  • One year contract as a Six Flags Thrilleader
  • One (1) season pass to enjoy for the 2008 season
  • Custom-designed professional cheerleading uniform for entire season
  • Instruction by famed choreographer, Tony Gonzalez, from hit Bring it On series
  • Nominal appearance fee for the season
  • Opportunity for tons of media exposure!
  • Opportunity to perform for millions in our Six Flags parks as well as outside park appearances
  • Opportunity to make charitable appearances for Six Flags Friends
  • Potential travel opportunities
  • Ability to bring smiles to families throughout our parks
  • Lifelong friendships
  • Tons of cheerleading perks and much, much more!

I think maybe they were reaching on a few "perks" don't you? A custom-designed uniform? Bring smiles to families? Friendships? (Code for lesbian trysts?) Now there's a perk.
