Miss USA Tara Conner, aka the girl who "became the center of a public scandal when news reports claimed she had been drinking underage, tested positive for the use of cocaine, and kissed Miss Teen USA Katie Blair, among other things," recently attended a party at TAO in Las Vegas. Seems like the perfect place for a graduate of a drug rehabilitation program to be hanging out. Oh well, her reign is over so she can get back to partying like it's 2006.
